Teresa Marziano

Teresa Marziano is Managing Partner and Owner of Americas Capital Advisors Corp., a privately held real estate firm focused on residential value investments through the repositioning and upgrading of underutilized properties. She previously served as CIO and Portfolio Manager of Real Estate Equity Securities at AllianceBernstein, where she built and led the firm's global real estate securities investment platform — earning the 2011 Lipper Award for Best Global Real Estate Fund over five years. Teresa's career spans over three decades across investment research, portfolio management, commodities, corporate finance, and real assets, with earlier roles at Sanford C. Bernstein, James River Corporation, and General Motors. She holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
